We just received a new shipment of Poo-Pourri, the "Before-You-Go Bathroom Spray!" If you haven't tried it before, it REALLY works! Along with the regular sizes, we also got some pocket-sized spritzers so you can secretly take it anywhere! 

Highlighter, Blush, and Contour

If you have ever wondered what goes where in regards to your makeup, here is a handy cheat sheet for your highlighter, blush, and contour. If you don't have a standard highlighter like bareMinerals' Well-Rested or Stroke of Light, you can use something luminescent like their eyeshadow, Soul. We like to use bareMinerals' Warmth or another bronzer as a contour, but you can even use a foundation that is darker than your natural shade. We love the bareMinerals' loose and pressed blushes and have found that our favorite, Golden Gate, is pretty and flattering on almost every skin tone. We are happy to help with any makeup questions that you might have, whether on the phone or in the salon.



Let Your Hair Down!

Ok, let's be honest...no normal woman looks like this when she sleeps, BUT she has the right idea because her hair is down. Sleeping with your hair pulled up into a ponytail can cause breakage. If you absolutely cannot sleep with your hair down, a LOOSE bun or braid is your best option.

Your Curls are Thirsty!

Naturally curly hair is naturally thirsty hair...it needs more moisture than straight hair to keep it healthy. Use sulfate-free shampoo and leave-in conditioner to hydrate your curls and help keep them frizz-free!

Pinterest Classic Holiday Looks

 We love the classic bold look Kim Kardashian has here with beautiful long lashes, black liner and red lips! Her polished top knot is the perfect style to keep the focus on her amazing skin! She looks ready for a holiday party or you can carry this look into New Year's Eve!

This makeup look is a little less dramatic will dark liner, but lighter gold eyeshadow and a red lip.  This look would look great on anyone, just be careful how much glitter you use on your eyes, shimmery can sometimes make you look older if used in excess.  

Another fun Pinterest find is this beautiful snowy manicure! Glittery, shimmery and neutral all at the same time! It is a beautiful alternative to a holiday red.
